The vanilla pods selected by Saint Lucia come from Madagascar, renowned for their aromatic quality. The possible appearance of frost or white crystals on the vanilla comes naturally from the vanillin in the pod. It is proof of quality which does not alter its organoleptic qualities. The crystals disappear when the pod is in a warm environment.

Description

Ingredients: 100% Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pod. Any water pearls present inside the tube come naturally from the vanilla pod. They do not alter the organoleptic qualities of the pod. The presence of grains on the product is a guarantee of quality: the vanillin present in the pod crystallizes cold. This phenomenon is reversible. The vanilla returned to room temperature (20°C) becomes black again and the white dots or filaments liquefy. 1 pod (product subject to desiccation + presence of crystallization)
Dosage: one pod for 1/2 liter of milk
Conservation: To preserve all its flavor, we advise you to store this product at room temperature and dry.
