Mixture of peppers and spices
This mixture combining heat and spice is widely used in French cuisine. It goes perfectly with foie gras, duck breast, filet mignon, salmon and flavors your raw and cooked vegetables.
Ingredients: Black pepper grains, white pepper grains, green pepper grains, whole pink berries, coriander seeds, allspice grains.
Cross contamination: May contain traces of gluten, mustard, sesame and celery.
