Powdered curry
Our madras curry combines sweetness, warmth, sweet and spicy notes. Use it to spice up soups, white meats, poultry, fish, shellfish, vegetables and rice.
Ingredients: Coriander, turmeric, white pepper, fenugreek, garlic, lovage, glucose syrup, caraway, onion.
Cross contamination: may contain traces of mustard, celery, sesame and gluten.

Dosage: 1 to 2 tablespoons for 4 people.
Conservation: Store away from light and humidity. Close tightly after each use.
