Dry seasoning for garam masala
Very aromatic, this mixture enhances poultry dishes, white meat and seafood. It flavors dishes based on rice and vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, carrots) but also desserts (rice pudding, donuts, fruit).
Ingredients: Ground mixture of spices (coriander, pepper, cumin, chili pepper, cloves, cinnamon, other spices), dextrose, salt.
Cross contamination: may contain traces of mustard, celery, sesame and gluten.

Dosage: 1 to 2 tablespoons for 4 people.
Conservation: Store away from light and humidity. Close tightly after each use.
