Dry seasoning
This mixture, hot and peppery, is perfect for flavoring red meat. Its unique flavors will also enhance your chicken, a minute marinade or even grilled vegetables.
Ingredients: Shallot, Guérande salt (22.5%), crushed pepper, red pepper, Provençal herbs (rosemary, basil, thyme, savory)
Cross contamination: may contain traces of mustard, celery, sesame and gluten.

Dosage: For cooking on a grill, barbecue or plancha, 2 teaspoons for 200 g of meat before cooking, then 1 teaspoon at the end of cooking.
